Made from 100 % Wayanad Arabica cherries, this is coffee in its purest form. The beans are simply washed, sun-dried and powdered—never roasted—so they keep their light, grassy taste and natural chlorogenic acid. Brew like green tea (85 °C water, 3 min) or roast yourself for a custom cup. A gentle pick-me-up without the heavy bitterness of traditional coffee.

Brewing tip
Use 1 tsp (2 g) per 200 ml hot water (85 °C), steep 3 min, strain and sip. Add honey or lemon if desired.

Roasting note
Spread 50 g on a dry pan, medium heat 8-10 min until first crack; cool and grind for your own light-roast coffee.
