We roast single-origin Wayanad robusta to a full-city dark profile, bringing out cocoa, walnut and a hint of smoke while keeping the trademark bold body and thick crema. These beans carry nearly twice the caffeine of arabica, making them ideal for strong morning espresso, South-Indian filter kaapi, or a powerful cold brew concentrate.
